    Dbol multi VS single dosing.

    I've used the search engine but it's hard to find an answer to this particular question. I've also used google but only get articles about the effects on the body.

    What I'm looking for is personal experience of using 20-30mg 30-60 minutes before a workout instead of splitting the dose up throughout the day. I haven't seen much from my first Dbol cycle, I'm told this isn't uncommon though, right up un until my last week on it but this could also be the start of the sust, so I'd like to here some experiences from you guys on here as many of you seem to know what you're talking about.

    You should take dbol through out the day to keep blood levels steady with the hormone, because the half life is so short, same with most orals. I get a hell of a lot out of dbol from the get go. 30mg's to 100mg's ED.

    Totally agree with weldingman You should see results from dbol almost immediately if your eating and workin right. And you definately want to split it up AM and PM doses this will also help to not overload your liver with too much at once

    I have used both ways, and combo's of each. I have even taken 75mg of dbol pre-workout. Personally, I stick with spreading them out as evenly as possible.

    I have tried both ways and although I love D-bol pretraining I think splitting the dose makes the most sense based on the 4 hour half life. I still take one of those doses pre-training though.

    My doses are split, but I take the most pre-workout...gosh how I love those pumps in the gym!

    I get so pumped sometimes on dbol it hurts and cant complete my reps. What a wonderful feeling and yes always one dose pre workout.

    I've heard that you can throw around some right weight if you take say 15mg before the gym anf then split the other 10/15mg into two/three doses. Correct? How harsh would 15mg in one go be on the liver? Or would the levels of dbol drop too much because you'd be dosing the 5mg doses like 6 hours apart. That's like 3/4 of the dbol gone if the half life is, what, 3 or 4 hours.

    Well you can do it many ways. Split doses through the day, or all before a workout, or all right at bed time.

    Ive had the best luck with split doses, and i spread 100mgs out over 5 doses, one being 1hour before workout.

    Ive known people who swear by taking it before bed, cuz techinly thats when you grow, but i like split doses best. I also know a few power lifters who like taking all of it right before there workout, so thats 100mgs in one bang, im sure it has its usefullness.

    Yo bro if its your first cycle dont go 100mg at once unless you hate life and your liver
