10 weeks blast, 10 weeks cruise-250mg weekly.

is there a similar rule of thumb for cruise and blast cycle lengths?
i.e time off (cruise) = time on (blast)
also, opinions on cruising dosages: 200, 250mg/wk?

There are no rules that I am aware of lol. Most guys who blast and cruise just dont come off.

^ Thats roughly how long it takes for myostatin levels to go back down.
A great way to keep gains rolling while cruising it to rotate peptides, ghrp6, cjc, hex, slin, Igf, Peg MGF, HGH, theres quite a few others too. Another option would be to use Sarms, since so far studies show no increase of myostatin during prolonged usage.
Some good options to use in your cruise time.
Also, along with the myostatin issue, it's just good health to take an even break. Believe iut or not, running high dose gear year round for many years does cause some profound health problems in many. Some current, and some down the road, but eventually it will take it's toll.

I had no intention of ever perma-blasting . . the idea was a std 12-16wk cycle . . followed by an 'x' week cruise. Just needed some expert opinions is all.

Just curious, but are you on a doctor prescribed HRT or just cruising? How long have you been "on"?

Im not on, Im off. About to jump on. Permanently.

Like Downtown mentioned, I recently read Gear for blasting, SARMs for cruising. Would be good to see more solid information for the latter, though.

Heavy - thanks
Richard Gears - fuck you
Mags - shove your SARMs up your arse
