    New to this. Need Help.

I just started working out. I never really worked out in High School. I played football but i was always big enough to push every one around so I didnt have to. I just started working out and im stacking Winstrol and Test ethanate. Im 6'3 300lbs. My thing is im not sure how much to take. I was gunna do 1cc of winstrol 3 times a week and 1cc of test once a week. Is that enough are should I do more? I will take all advice yall can give me. Workout plans, diets, etc....

1ml of test e isnt enough, its pretty much just replacing your natural test. bump it up to at least 2ml a week

And I'm assuming if you havent really worked out before at 6'3" and 300 lbs you have a pretty high body fat percentage which is more than likely going to lead to some estrogen issues with the test-e you really need to be using an aromitase inhibitor what do you have planned regarding this and your pct also what does your workout and diet look like?

Well to be honest I dont really eat much anymore. I usually have a sausage bisquit for breakfast. Don't eat lunch. But if i do usually eat tuna. Then for supper usually some type of chicken. Not fried, grilled usually.

Like he said; Welcome to CEMproducts.com! i believe they have oral liquids of what you need. The liquid stane (aromasin) is good stuff. Probably wouldnt hurt to run clen and t3 when you finish this cycle. Jmo.

Also, not eating is a NOT a good way to burn fat. Try 6 meals a day and count calories and lower your carbs throughout the day. Research good and bad carbs and adjust your diet. I think you would be suprised with the results if you stick to it. You need higher calories though when your on cycle!
