    Sore Nipples on 1-T

I just started my 1st ever cycle of a PH and within a day my nipples are sore. Is it possible to get gyno that quickly with such a weak cycle? Doesn't seem to make any sense but I never had any soreness before and for 3 days straight I've had soreness. My nipples are sore but no puffiness or lumps or any visual abnormality. I don't want to jump the gun and start Nolva but I also don't want to ignore it and kick myself in the ass later.

What is the risk in waiting to see if it goes away?
At what point do I know its gyno and need to start Nolva?

Thanks in advance for any help!!

Why not take the nolva and see if it goes away?

to be honest, that is one of the reasons why I stopped using it after only 4 weeks instead of going the full 6. I noticed it one day when I was playing with my son, I was like WTF?, so I said screw this and stopped.

I'm not glad you're experiencing this, but I am in a way, so I know it's not only me!

I have Nolva on the way and should be in hand in a day or two.

The sore nipples in just 1 day seems a little strange to me and not sure if this truely means gyno. I have read others who've used 1-T and saw the same thing and it went away after ~ 1 week. From what I've read gyno usually doesn't occur until well into or after a cycle and it isn't always accompanied by soreness. Also, from what I've read, stopping in mid-cycle is the worst thing to do as that cause a drop in test while estrogen is high which would then lead to more severe gyno.
Right now its just soreness. Nothing too extreme so at times during the day I don't notice the soreness. There is no swelling, puffiness, or visual abnormality. My plan was to wait until a week has lapsed to see if it goes away. If it doesn't or if I see any puffiness I will start the Nolva.
I initially wanted to keep this cycle simple and use the 1-T followed by the Test Recovery Stack for PCT. I did not want to use Nolva if I could avoid it.

If I do begin the Nolva how do I then adjust my cycle and PCT???
This is the part I am most unclear about and would greatly appreciate some experienced advice. Thanks!!!

I have to say that Sore nips on day one isnt likely gyno I wouldnt worry if I were you. It sounds psycosymantic. If you are worried start the nolva and continue your cycle and pct just the way you had planned dont change it up. Also are you using more than the recomended amount of 1-T if so back off it to the recomended level

Thanks for the reply. I agree, gyno on day 1 would be very strange but I've had it now for 4 days straight. What could be the reason for the soreness? Is it common for 1-Andro/DHEA or any other ingredient in 1-T to cause soreness in the nipples? I'm using the exact dose as descrided on the label and I'm not over thinking as the soreness is real. So far no swelling or lumps which is good. I don't want to add Nolva if I don't have to but how do I know if this is going to be a problem? At what point is it too late? If I do add Nolva what dose should I use and how would it fit into the 10 week cycle below?

    Weeks 1-6: 1-T (5mL 2x/day)
    Weeks 3-10: Toco-8 (1 scoop/day)
Weeks 7-10: Sustain Alpha Liqua-Vade (5ml, twice daily 5 days on, 2 days off)
    Weeks 7-10: EndoAmp (1 scoop/day)

    Thanks again for the help!!

Well I don't know anything about side effects of steroids but I can tell you what nursing mothers do: hot and cold compresses on the nipples. If that's not enough a little anbesol. NOT near the holes, around the circumference.

I would go with exemestane or letro for gyno problems.
