    Need Help In Choosing

    Hello all,
    I have been thinking quite seriously taking 'roids, problem is I have no clue what i'ld be taking, is oral better than injected?? what has the quickest results?? and what is the least complicated?? what does a cycle usually consist of?? will strength increase as well as size?? if i were to use them once will the muscle fade quickly unless i hit a second cycle?? as you can see im clueless and need all the advice and/or help i can get on this subject, i don't want to jam a needle full of apple juice into my ass thinking im gonna get huge.     i have been training for two years off and on, but the last 5 months very hard. stats and a training log i have never kept, i have been satasfied by the changes i can see in the mirror. or do you want stats like how much i lift?? i can measure myself up tonight for the hell of it.

    oops and diet is very high protien and low fat save for the occasionall weekend slip (okay binge.......) but again i don't keep to close an eye on it only when i start to gain when i don't wanna or lose when i don't wanna.

    Man i really think you should wait alittle longer you are old enough from what your bio says but that really isnt long enough to start roids. Are you currently supplementing?

    Writing stuff down is great for tracking progress.

    How is your diet? If the diet isn't in check naturally it will hold you back even more on steroids, thats where you hear the stories "they don't work for me, blah blah blah".

    you will waste your money if you dont have your diet and training down. seriously. the gear wont take up any slack on poor diet and training.

    read through the diet and training sections for a while. you will still be able to make good gains without gear if diet and training are good.

    also read up on steroids alot more before deciding to use them. what they are, how they work, side effects, what to expext, how to inject, how to be safe, what otc supps to take, how to stack, how to prevent negative sides, etc. theres alot involved

    Thanks guys. For me it's not a question of making it naturally, i have the genetics for it and can see big gains with what im doing now, again i am just thinking about it for now, a fella i know at the gym has let me know that i can access 'roids thru him, but like ya say exerting more control over my diet will probobly help alot, it's hard though, when someone tells you can be a monster tommorow or wait a year (in a manner of speaking), very tempting to take the easier road, thanks for the tips.

    Its not a matter of probably, if you wont eat right you wont continue to make gains, period. For a rookie even with a crappy diet you can still generally gain strength and some size, but there is an end to all good things for those who don't know what they are doing.

    i think maybe ya read a little to much into what i had written in reply, i never said i didn't know what i was doing and i eat right, i just don't know alot about 'roids, please don't mistake my inexperience with the later as inexperience in the gym, im no pro but im no rookie.     Its just mentioned for your own benifit, roids guys up the caloric intake pretty seriously unless they are on weak/cutting cycles.

    Quickest results/long term gains/safe don't usually go together in the same sentence. Quick stuff like dbol (orals) are used only short times to kick off longer acting items like test, orals are usually more toxic than injected items so again it is adviseable to use them only for short cycles, plus more side effects are generally seen with oral abuse (little things like pimples, and even gyno or liver damage).

    Someone mentioned www.steroids101.com the other day, maybe they have some good reading up there, OR you can find plenty of books on the stuff, even at Amazon.com

    I suggest you read Anabolics 2002 to get a good backround on roids.

    In general, if you have decent genetics you can go quite far naturally. If you are dying to try roids, why not at least give the over the counter pro-steroids a shot...1AD and 1Test have produced phenominal gains for some with proper training and diet!
