    halo x-tren bridge

Anyone have some input on bridging Halo and x-tren?

    I just started a halo cycle. 50/50/75/75/75

I have access to x-tren and was wondering if i should bridge it with Halo.

If you mean bridge in terms of actually recovering, no. Stick to creatine, maybe GH if you have it.

Your not bridging, your just cutting dosed until you full on cycle again. So if recovery is in your agenda, your can scratch that.
