I keep mymixed HCG in the fridge, but I don't keep the unmixed cold... Should I be? Is it no good now?

Keep it cold at all times, mixed or not (or read the instructions of the Pregnyl box).

No, it's not bad. But, it may have lost a small bit of potency. If was cool and dark in the bathroom, you should be fine.
