250mg a week? Nothing much that you will notice. You will shut down though, that's about it. Run it for a min. of 500mg ew. It's not worth shutting your own natural production down for a mere 250mg a week. Try and find a single ester test instead of sust if you can. Good luck!

my goals are mainly to put on size. I had tests a year ago and determined my natural test level was low. im 32 years old.

I did a cycle of sus (250mg week)for 12 weeks from Aug to end of Oct. I then continued with a low dose of test E (150mg a week)up until 3 weeks ago when i have started with Sustanon again.(250mg week)
I had planned to have a break after this cycle of sustanon, but am having trouble getting Clomid, so not wanting to go cold turkey and lose all the gains i have made so far i was curious as to any issues that may arise from the long term use other than shutting down nat test production.

    a few stats to help:
    current weight 73kg
weight gain to date 7 kgs
    calories- 3000-3200 a day.
    training 3-4 days a week

appreciate any feedback you may have.

In clinical trials men have gone 20 weeks with some acne at that dose. However it is kinda low for a cycle dose.

Do you live in the states? Getting Clomid is easy.
