    would this be smart for first cycle ever

    Hi guess Im real new to the board an wanting some advise Im 5'8" 267lbs and wanting to use the clen/t3 cycle... Would that be smart for a "first time ever "

    Workout much? Clen 2 weeks on 2 off. T3 the whole time. Works good with good diet and execise. What are your stats age, bf, etc posting all your info will get someone helping you here much faster.

    I don't know my BF% is. Lol I'm to scared to know. I'm 28 years old. 5'8" 267lbs thought. I've seen a few thing on the clen/t3 but didn't know if it would help me or be smart for a first cycle

    I'm 5'8" 267lbs. I don't know what my BF% is am I'm afraid to find out lol. I've heard of this cycle done. Just didn't know if it would benefit me at all or if it would be smart for my first cycle.

    With your stats, I would not touch clen or T3 right now. Hit the cardio harder and shed that extra fat naturally before you try giving hormones a shot. What's your diet look like? Age?

    Mainly fruits an salad all day.. Snaking on apples in between...Im 28 Ive been going to the Gym in the Am for 40 minutes of cardio.. Just wanted to see if it was smart .. If it would do any good you know .... Im 28..Sorry for the double reply my CRACK BERRY was acting up lol

    sounds like you're up there as obese . . if so good on you for the lifestyle change, all you need to do is train and eat smart and persist with it.

    Clen/T3 should only be considered when trying to get BF beneath 'normal' levels, which is generally under 12% for males.
