How much clen were you using? Was it a liquid RC?


I ran Clen for a couple of weeks and for me personally... The sides aren't worth the results. I mean... I was eating taurune & potasium like it was going out of style and still getting cramps in my neck and traps.... Not to mention the 2+ gallons of water a day to keep up with pissing every 30 minutes...
Anyway, I've heard recently the T3 is excellent, especially with Test. As the T can help with muscle wasting. What are your thoughts on T3 with an HRT dose of Test? Or should I bump the Test up to run with T3?

Yes, liquid from an RC. I believe I dosed at 20/40/60/80/100/120/140mcg/day, then 140mcg for 7 more days.Originally Posted by Dragon_MD

Should the T3 dose increase with the test? My plan is to run 500mg Test for 10-12 weeks. Then adding T3 on week 3. 50mcg still? How long do you run T3?Originally Posted by heavyiron

It can be ran for a very long time, it was always said that you should only run it for a few weeks and taper the dose up and down like a pyramid.
Instead, I've read more current studies that show that one can run T3 for extensive periods of time. Apparently, shocking your thyroid is a myth. When doing research, try to find the most current studies on T3 and how it can be ran because there is a lot of conflicting info on this subject.

Okay guys... I started my 500mg/EW Test C cycle on 5/9. I'll start the T3 on 5/27 (3rd week of cycle). My plan is to keep calories at maintenance to see how it goes.
Question... Are there any supps that are recommended to run while on T3? I ate a lot of taurine & potasium while running clen.
