    Sust Cycle

    I'm on 250mg every 5 days of Pakistan Organon Sust ordered from Roidsupply dot com. I haven't seen any real gains and I'm on my 7th injection which would make it 30 days in to the cycle. Should I be seeing gains in muscle and strength at this point? I know Sust takes a while before it really starts to kick in.

    Another quick question. I'm planning my next cycle already, 500mg Testonon(Sust) made by Zafa Pakistan at 2x250mg a week(monday and thursday), kick starting with 25mg dbol a day.

    Anyway my question. Is 12 weeks a bit too long to run such a cycle or should I leave it at 9 weeks?

    You may not be doing enough Sust. i would do a minimum of 500mgs a week. Your only shooting 350mgs/week. IF nothing then, i would say ur stuff is no good

    Is that particular Sust faked often do you know? Also, I've noticed water retention in my belly and I've got acne across my shoulders and on my neck which would indicate that the stuff is legit right?

    My delts and traps have got a nice size, so have my quads but I just haven't seen gains like I thought I would. I'm working my chest like crazy, I mean like really ripping em, and nothing.

    I look a bit odd with big shoulders and a flabby chest that doesn't stick out at all.

    Organon sust, is probably one of the most faked steroids out there. But it seems yours may be ok, like i said before you need to up your test and give it 2 weeks, u will see a difference if its real

    All my friends already with 2 amps of sustanon in first 14 days got some nice gains! Something is wrong with your gear or your diet!

    Sustanon give real fast gains..also water gains. Go get new gear!

    I think you may have a common problem there and I dont think its your gear. It sounds like your arms and shoulders are well developt and your chest isnt it could be your form on the bench but maybe not. I know my self my arms fatigue alot faster than my chest so I have to really push to get a good chest exercise. There are some good isolation exercises that will help your chest catch up. check out some of the other training threads for good exercises

    Sounds like underdosed gear as it relaes to the gains. But if you are breaking out and retaining water then again it sounds legit. Up your dose. 250 is a joke in this day and age and quite frankly a waste of time.

    1ml eod or 3rd at 250mg, if u dont feel nothing off of that, your gear is fake.

    Thanks for replies, I'll heed the advice and bump up to 250mg every 3 days with my last 6 amps which will last me two weeks. Other than that I think I need to chalk this cycyle down to experience and not go in to the the next one half arsed.

    I was starting to come to this conclusion myself. My arms feel like they are gonna buckle on the bench press sometimes... I see young lads half my size, like stick men, pushing twice the weight I can on the bench. I've started working on building my forearms will this help? It also causes problems doing shoulder presses(i.e actually getting the dumbells up to shoulder height, again my arms buckle) and barbell shrugs, as soon as I get a nice weight on the bar I just can't keep a grip of it although I could easily do the reps if I could keep a grip of it, the same goes for shoulder press, I could easily do the reps but my arms won't let me.

    Alot of guys can lift more than their hands can hold get some wrist straps that should help take some stress off you grip
