Mast will do nothing for you if your BF% is too high. If you are in the single digits/lower teens, I use them both together. But if I had a choice, I'd take tren because I find it VERY effective...for cutting and bulking. Mast is my favorite all time compound, second to tren.

What if you are around 15 to 18% 225lbs and have a good frame, just trying to burn up the fat and get down to 200lbs and be cut up? I've been told that decadurabolin plus oral anavar is the way to go if you want to get cut up, any advice?
Mast will work well for you. Are you still doing MMA? 10% is ideal....I'm not sure I would want drop any more as you will risk getting some internal damage from heavy blows. It's your call though.

Deca is used to both cut and bulk, depends how you use it. Too much deca can cause you to retain a lot of water and have a moon face with a few extra chins if you are not careful. You can also get the infamous, "deca dick".
I'm not a var fan as it doesn't do much for me, never has. If you are looking to burn some fat and simply drop 25 lbs., proper diet and cardio/training might be all that you need.
I suggest starting a new thread, post all your stats including your age, height, AAS experience, goals, etc.
