Reply With QuoteIf your 18g is only to draw it can be re-used. They are quite cheap, so many people like to use a fresh one every time. As long as you use clean the top of the vial and keep the 18g capped when not in use, there's no reason why it can't be used more than once.

Keeping pins?
I draw with an 18g pin and then switch to a 23g for the deed. My question is... Is there anyway to keep 18g pin to use again? Currently I'm using a new one every time.

Yeah, I usually load up a weeks worth of pins using a 18-20g, and change tips when ready to push (size varies, glutes, quads, delts, etc.)
