if ur getting real 100% var i would start with 5mg a day and i would not take it above 10mg a day, i would not do winstrol if i was a girl because of virilization/masculine side affects. ug labs these days are great for guys because we dont have to worry as much if we dont get what the label says. only take human grade anavar the ug stuff might be cut with other substances like dbol, winnie,m1t. hope this helps, i heard a rumor somewhere that girls can take nolvadex only and it will actually "tighten" u up if thats what u are after but i would thoroughly research what i put in my body, i would actually go to the womens steroid forum and ask one of those extremely fit gals what they do.

My girl started Anavar a few(5) years back @ 5mg twice a day, and currently is on 20mg ED. Never had any sides other than raspy voice at round week 4 but the longest she's gone has been 6 weeks.
Winstol on the other hand does not really agree with her well, she says she feels lousy on 10 mg ED ( keep in mind everyones different, so it's different strokes for different folks ).
