How much adex/aromasin do u guys take with 1gram of test/week???
I know everyone responds different, just wondering b/c I felt like 1mg eod wasn't doing anything so I bumped it up to .75mg/day....but my nipples are puffy(I think) so I'm contemplating just going 1mg/day.
I also have aromasin coming soon and am guessing I should probably switch to it asap, but I have no idea what dose to run with this much test as I've never used aromasin and I've never been on this much test.
Aren't you doing .5 ed in your current cycle though? not stalking you just noticed that in one of your posts.
Correct, I take .5mg ED. The OP (You) said he has puffy nipples, in his case I would double the dose and take 1mg ED. That's why I said I would take 1mg ED and not my regular .5mg ED.
Most common thing to do would be to make a run for the nolva, and that would help...but adjusting your AI dose may also simply do the trick. Much better than taking nolva during your cycle, IMHO. Nolva does not work well with those who like tren for some reason.
If you have puffy or soar nipples, I'd up the dose to 1mg ED. There after, consider Aromasin the next time around.
I think increasing to 1mg ed makes sense. For Aromasin try 25mg daily.
