I didn't register which is why I didn't get a tracking number I guess although I did get the confirmation and order number

Latest update...part of my order(aromasin) was on backorder.

I was NOT told about this.
I WAS told that my order was shipped.
When it didnt arrive, I was told it had been shipped 5 days ago.
When I asked for re-shipment I was told to wait longer.
Then...after about my 4 or 5th email to them they tell me the truth.

Anyone know of another good quality research site?

Shipping mistakes happen. Nice to see them wanting to make it right. I have used CEM with great success, and I hope you give them another shot. Really a stand up group of folks.

***edit*** Sorry man, just saw your post. He is asking you what it would take to win you back, maybe consider giving them another shot with a discount or something to make up for the trouble? Good luck with it man, I truly hope you give them another swing.

Mistakes definitely do happen, but I was lied to about my package being in transit when it wasn't. Also if something is backordered it should be listed as that. Now I need to find a place to get overnight shipping or 2day.

I've used this company before, it is because of Easter holiday. Relax.

It's hard to trust after the truth has been omitted,mistakes and being misled, two totally different things.

Something definately going on with CEM right now. I've placed two previous order with them without incident. This time I ordered on the 4/6/10 and on 4/12/10 with no product emailed them. Received an email that product had been shipped. I got it yesterday 4/14, unfortunately they shorted me one of my products. No explanation. No indication of any backorder. Sent an email but haven't received a reply.
