im starting my first cycle of dbol - never took anything before - - i got 129 tabs how should i take this cycle and so on !! not very knowledgeable on this just know that i have it and want to take it!! any advice??

You'll have to go more into detail about yourself, your goals and your experience in training and diet before anyone can tell you anything useful.
You'd be well advised to read some of the sticky threads posted at the top of this forum as well.

alirght i will look into it !! my thought is to get bigger and then cut down after the cycle .. I want to look muscular not fat ive got a good shape now just want to enhance the size.
the cycle i was told to take was
1tab - first week per day
2tab - 2nd week per day
3tab - 3rd wk per day
4tab - 4th wk per day
5tab- 5th wk per day
4tab - 6th wk per day
3tab - 7th wk per day
2tab -8th wk per day
1tab -9th wk per day
What I meant by detail about yourself and your training was.. How old are you? How long have you been weight training? How well constructed is your diet? What kind of weight training program do you perform currently? What kind of dietary macros do you consume currently? Do you know what your maintainence caloric intake is and do you have a target caloric intake to help you make weight gains?
Stuff like that.

So ya got 129 tabs eh? Do you know the dose? Are they 5mg, 10mg, 50mg?? I would think you should mention this info along with the rest of your stats (age, height, bf%, etc.) Also, do some more dbol research. Not many people run it alone these days, as this was the way of the Arnold days.
