I have never pinned a water base and oil in the same syringe, let alone never seen it in the same vial.

So I shot a mix of winny and test in my right delt yesterday morning. Came from the same vials I've been using for the last two weeks. I did seem like I could feel the oil going in a little more this time, but for the most part everything was normal until about 5pm yesterday.
I starting getting the chills, goosebumps, felt like it the temperature dropped about 40 degrees or something and was extremely tired. The shot now felt so painful it was almost making me nauseus. By the time I got home around 8pm it was even worse...layed down under about 6 layers of blankets and eventually got a fever.
I was burning up all night and the shoulder was killing me. Woke up today, tired from not sleeping but fine..shoulder is still painful but nowhere near as bad as it was but it is swollen and red still.
I'm assuming this is going to work itself out, if it was an infection thatI could fight my self I would still be feeling sick right?

(Pump till you Puke).

Been mixing the two for the past 2 weeks almost with no problem, 100% positve I cleaned everything with alcohol the same as always.
The area is still swollen and red, nowhere near as painful as it was although it does still hurt. Needless to say I drank the winny today and I will probably continue to since I only have a few doses left.
Im really hoping that this will just work itself out b/c I'm leaving for a 7day vacation on monday...I'm assuming I'd be in worse shape if I needed anti-biotics right?
I did have an aweful workout today, but I think that was a combo of bad sleep for a few nights and what happened last night.

Has anyone had this type of reaction after a shot before???
I'm hoping it works itself out but it still is red and swollen I'm getting hot/red faced again like a low grade fever is coming.
don't really know what to do.
I aslso started tbol at 50mg/day a few days ago but I doubt thats related???
i started coughing uncontrollably once and sweating but it only lasted 5-10 mins.
Sometimes the truth can rape your entire belief system.

Sounds like an infection, get you some anti'bs, keflex should do the trick- ive used amox, and eurithomiosin ( i cant spell it) with success before also, ive had very few infections. The first one was from my first time pinning bi's i was sweating really bad so thats proly wat did it there, and the second was from water based winny.

^ half inch is proly what got ya, most of the blood vessels are close to the surface of the muscles, 1 inch is as low as ill go, well, 5/8 on occassion for the rear delts.

Are there any specific sign of an infection?
There is/was clearly something wrong as my skin's still red, swollen and painful, I'm just not in a huge rush to run to my dr and try to explain this one.
The fact that I initially got a fever which went away makes me think my body is successfully fighting it, but at the same time I'm no dr and Idk how to tell if this is something that'd require meds.

red swollen inject site, fever, soreness, swelling, are all signs of an infection. Order some anti-b's asap, no need to see a doc, well not in my experience. Just get a weeks worth of anti-b's and you should be good to go. If your on HRT/TRT then go to the doc and tell him you got an infection from your shot, no biggy cuz it does happen from time to time.

Just realized that the outside of my arm...well below my delt is swollen with a softness to it that I can pinch. Almost like fat, wtf!?
If this was an abcess wouldn't the abcess be wear I shot???(my delt)
My delt isn't swollen anymore but the redness and maybe puss is on my outer arm now

if I were you I would not let this go any longer, go to the doc and get some antibiotics.

Yup its a little late now to order the anti'bs, it also kinda sounds like you got some of the injection sub Q since you said that your tri seems to be getting red and puffy. This is one reason i will never mix water and oil injectables, some times the oil will kinda push the water back out.
See your doc, no need to tell him everything, just that you did your TRT shot and thats wat happend.

I appreciate the advice, and I hope I'm not making a mistake here but I'm really hesistant to go tell a dr. that I shot AAS in my delt and this happened.
Tricep is fine and my delt(although stil a little sore) is fine...normal color and everything. It's just by the outer head of my bicep thats red and appears to have fluid/pus in it. It doesn't hurt and I'm assuming this is an abcess though I'm having a hard time finding pictures.
Most of what I read says that antibiotic aren't the answer...say Pirate's post here So what is an abscess?

Just realized that my girlfriend(from brazil) has some amoxicillin from their that her mom sent her.
I just haven't seen the reasoning for the anti-biotic...idk...maybe Im missing something. I'm just hesitant to start taking that too if I really dont need it considering everything else I'm putting in my body.

Don't just start popping antibiotics, go see the doc. Take Robert's advice. Anything short of that will be a mistake that can turn rather nasty.

So what would you guys say to the dr?
"I'm on steroids and I shot my delt then this happened"
I just feel like AAS are such a sensitive/misconceived subject that it's hard just bring write up.

You can tell your doctor that you're using steroids. You're a big boy. He's not going to call the cops. He might give you a little lecture, similar to if you tell him you smoke cigarettes or get high but in the end, he'll simply treat you and off you go with your drugs.
As FMJ said, full disclosure is a good idea. Tell him everything.
