    Quick Advice

    Hello,

First of all I can imagine you guys must get a lot of questions on here on this very subject - and I know you probably get bored of this question but I am going to ask it anyway. Simply because I haven't had an answer that fits me.

I was talking to a few buddys tonight and we were talking about going to the gym. One of my friends were talking about getting some steroids - he called them "suss and decker" (I have also heard of sustenance and decker). I'm sure this must be a slang name (I live in the UK) so I have no idea if you guys know which type of steroids I am talking about - but if it helps at all it gets injected in your ass!! As you can probably tell I am a complete beginner in this field!

I am 27 years old - 5'9 and 13 stone. I used to be very toned and muscular when I was younger (I used to box) so as I have let myself go I have started to develop very slight man boobs (but only to the point where it can still be confused with muscle!!). I am starting to get overweight and I don't plan on changing my diet at all - only working out.

I would like to take two courses (6 weeks each) of unknown (as of yet) strength. My aim is to lose some body fat and gain some muscle back - but I would like to know if this is achievable and I am especially aware of the side effects. I have heard of this course effecting your penis and giving you saggy man boobs!!

Look any help you guys can give will be sincerely appreciated. Thaks for reading *ducks incase of incoming abuse*.

K first your friends are talking about Sustanon and Deca-Durabolin. Sustanon sucks unless you dose it very high. As for you if you have excessive body fat which it sounds like you do AAS arent gonna help you only diet and training can do that. You stated you are not willing to change your diet then your not willing to lose weight. AAS is not something to get into "just to lose a few and get toned a bit" There are serious and dangerous consequinces for misusing steroids. Get on a good diet and training program and stay away from roids for now your not ready.Hope that helps ya out and clears up some stuff for you.

I understand you came here seeking advice, but your statement above proves that you shouldn't go anywhere near steroids.

You can't hit the juice if your diet is wrong...and since you don't want to change it, you are not a candidate for steroids. With more research, you will learn that diet comes above everything, including working out and juice. I'm not sure if you are going to get much help from anyone here when you say that you don't want to change your bad diet. Good luck.
