From my understand'n securenym or anonymousspeech is a way to go. Anonymousspeech is supposedly based in a country where privacy is a very very heavy issue. I'd believe those to be valid options. I've found a few but the ironic thing is if I post them, they are no longer secure.........go figure. Just research and be ready to spend a few bucks.
