PGCL is a prostaglandin. I'm not a fan of the stuff. My buddy runs the stuff time to time pre-contest, some guys also use it to make weight for a competition. He takes 50mcg daily sub-q (25mcg 2X a day), and this is the max suggested dose. You may want to use less as the sides can be rather nasty (nausea, vomit, explosive diarrhea, heart palpitations, constant urine, etc).
I would suggest being in the bathroom when you take the stuff. It takes only minutes to start taking effect, also...make sure to have plenty of toilet paper on hand. Be sure to have plenty of water/gatorade on hand as well. Aspirin will help with most other sides, best to take it AM.
How long do you plan on running it? How much are you looking to lose? Be careful and study up on this stuff before touching it. Good luck.
