    Exclamation Dbol - Some Help

    hey all, i need some help please

    weight: 56 and am 178 cm and i got 24 now..

    this my second month in the gym and i take now (Up Your Mass)

    and am start before 1 day in Dbol(Pink)

    i want to know how to use it? (3 before exercise and 3 after?)

    and what i take after dbol ? (Legalon 70?)

    last qui: i have to stop that protin?

    am wait the answer , thanks guys

    First off your english is nearly impossible to understand. With the dbol i'd take ONE at a time evenly thru the day. Not 3 at a time. The rest i just dont know what your trying to say. No testosterone? Just dbol? Never tried it alone but i dont think it will do you much good at all.

    If this is only your second month training you have absolutely no business using steroids, especially if you're taking just Dbol on it's own.

    I'm also assuming that your weight is 56 kilos? If this is true you need some big plates of FOOD, brother, not tiny pills.

    dude dbol alone was my 2nd cycle of any horomone, and i fucked up, I grew a tit and needed surgery (gyno). You should take test with it and use dbol to kick start your cycle or bridge it. Coming off is a major! to!, to get my dick functioning again cause test was down make sur eyou have your PCT because IMHO you arent going to gain shit with the knowledge you have.......drop the dbols, and get your diet right, and your training right. Then try your dbols with some test and you will be much happier anyhow with the gains you will receive from that advice

    What you need is to put those Dbol into a cupboard and not think about them for a year or two before you do yourself an injury.

    If you're asking which protein supplement would go well with a steroid you obviously don't know enough to be taking them.

    I'm only guessing what you're level is, and if you're 56kg and only training for 2 months (from your first post) you will get absolutely nothing taking these drugs. You need to eat a lot, train hard, and eat some more.

    I wanna know how many mg the dbol are.......the poor kid could be taking to much.

    And like someone said you made good gains already in the gym, eat more food, like rice, chicken, pasta, meat, greens, and use your gainer shake, Up your mass is better than iso extreme I think, because you get more clean calories and not just sugar.
