    help i need advice on diet and cycles

    hi people, right heres a brief history, i used to weigh 152kgs and was a very overweight aprx 6 months ago i changed my diet to (listed below) low-0 carb and high protein wich i am still on today i now weigh 108kgs and look alot better so its worked for me, i didnt see it as a crash diet or starvation as il eat when hungry but insted of a butty al eat a chicken breast or steak ect heres wot im eating and drinking so u no wot i mean;

    breakfast- salad with onions toms cucumber pepers spinich leafs ect so a propa salad wich fills the plate as a base with 1/2kg of chicken and a olive oil and vinager based homemade dressing

    lunch-salad as above with 2 tins of tuna over the top with the same dressing or if im bored il mix in a small handful of pasta to the tuna with a touch of mayo so it sticks

    dinner-salad as above with either 1/2kg of steak or chicken again or to mix it up once or twice a week il add a jacket spud

    i drink a minimum of 8 pints of water a day and prob about 2-3 cans of diet coke a week jus for a change

    if im going to snack on somthin between meals il opt for a few chicken legs or a chicken breast or some boiled eggs or pack of non-reformed meat or il opt for fruit if available but prefer meat lol

    i dont take any supliments or steroids yet...

    i am 6'2 and weigh 108kg im not a small lad iv got a pretty big frame like but i think i could shed another 8-10kg to be without any exes fat as im not completely fat free but nothing major like (a small ridge on the stomach and the remanisance of moobs and thik skined if you no wot i mean)

    ok now for the question bit, iv been given a bottle of anadrol 100 (100mg caps) by a friend as i am interested in taking steroids as my muscle growth natraly has slowed right down (hit the wall) can anyone advise how id need to change the diet im on to cope with the steroids and any course info to compliment the anadrone, like i say im new to the steroid lifestyle and need some solid advice as i dnt want to find myself in hospital or fatter than i was when i started my mission, i dont want to be a defined muscle man i just want pure muscle mass

    soooooo... can anyone help on the diet and complimets for the anadrol or a full cycle with other stuff too (but please can you not abriviate words as i dont no any steroids exept sus and deca).... just need help to move to the next step

    Moved to the Anabolic forum as your primary question is about Anadrol.
