hi there, need your help prior to starting my first cycle.
I am 37 years old, 180/85, father of two, working out regurarly for the last 5 years (small 6 months break in 2009). I have been reading posts and articles related to steroids the last year and now ready to start my first cycle.
My plan is to do a 10 week mild cycle with andropen 275/Deca (1cc each per week). During cycle also Nolvadex amd also for PCT Nolvadex/clomid for week 13-14.
I plan to shift my routine to ane major muscle group per week, and stick on the 4 times per week gym. Also my calories intake to gradually increase from 2500 now to 3500, monitoring also my body fat that is currently quit high (22%).
Just a few questions....
How do you comment on the above?
Is Nolvadex/chlomid necessary even for low entry cycles (1cc/week of Andropen 275 and 1cc/week Deca)? I already have them in hand..
Is the calories enough? or should I increase them based on the results?

im guessing that the 180/85 if height 180cm at 85kgs and u said you were 22% body fat. if this is so to me this is all wrong. too much body fat, wrong steroids to be using, not enough effort in training and dieting naturally first.
