I'll be kicking off my 500mg/WK cycle Sunday night. I'm currently running 250mg. Should I expect to sees noticeable decrease in recovery time from training? Currently, I train quads on Tuesdays and it typically takes until late Friday to fully recover.

Are you training for a sport or body building?


Kind of both, but neither. I've always trained and always had good genetics. Now I'm HRT and decided to run a 10-12 week Test only cycle. Just looking to see if recovery time will get better once I go up to 500mg from the 250mg cruise I'm on.Originally Posted by Road Warrior

My first real cycle, and want to up the test from 500mg ew to 750!And the bold from 400mg ew to 600mg ew!Am i pushing the limit???
The more harder and difficult is the road that lead to success,the greater is the gift and reward at the end of that path...
Its your first cycle and thats a decent little combo ya got why not just finish it out at that and see what pct has in store for ya. Some guys just have a really hard recovery and others dont.Just stick to what your doing finish your cycle and see how recovery goes. You can always run a heavier cycle in the future if you want to.just my.02

You're probably right,decent gains without much sides,just that i was expecting so much of that first well-plan cycle!!!

Sorry Buzz got of topic. I personally would say your recovery would naturaly improve in response to the effect more Test would have on cortisol however as you up the test youll notice an increase in strength and therfore lift heavier which then would increase your recovery time. But in reality I'm just postulating here I really have no idea medically or scientificaly speaking. Maybe one of the big guns can jump in to validate or nullify my thoughts.
