OK, so I've been on other websites and seen threads like mine that worked out quite well, but the results of the guys cycles were very minimal, like not worth even going through the trouble. Mature answers would be nice too!

Not sure if this is the origin of your question, but don't make the mistake of weighing out pros and cons by the results of others.
There are a lot of people who use in an ignorant way and gain very little b/c of it. If you do it right(ie. thoroughly planned/researched cycle and pct, learn how to train and eat FIRST, understand exactly the effects AAS and ancilaries have, etc...) you will be happy with your results if you take that route.
