    Talking fIRST TIME VAR CYCLE

    Hi all
    age 32
    three to four years training last year solid.
    no cycle experience
    BF not sure at the mo
    I train five times a week monday to friday. Chest, back, shoulders, tris, legs. Like to change my routine every month one month heavy one month lieght i train for an hour on weights then half hour cardio. My diet is clean plenty of protein and plenty of carbs when i need them. The gym is my second home love to train. So my question is im thinking about running a cycle of 50g var ED for five to six weeks last two weeks maybe uping the dose. Would like to get abit more cut and afew pounds of lean muscle would b good to, So im woundering if the 50g ED will b enough to get the results im looking for. And do i need to run PCT. even tho its a low to mild steroid.

    Would having no libido be part of the results you are looking for?

    50mg var ED with no test as a base will surely provide that for you. Not meaning to be rude, it's just that oral only cycles are usually not recommended. Neither are cycles with no test..

    Cheers for the advice Tyler course i dont want to loose my libido, My weight is 234 and height is 6.6 and athletic build. So what would your advice be on keeping lean. Maybe 6 or 7 pounds of muscle and cutting up some more ? I only went with the var route because of the fact the sides were low and the fact u put on hardle any weight didnt come across anything about libido on my research. Look forward to your reply.

    I would recommend a test only cycle. Pinning beats out orals any day. Easier on the liver and lipid profile (HDL!) than the var will be. Plus, your libido will be through the roof! I wear my fiance' out when I'm on cycle, lol!


    I generally like to pin ED/EOD so I tend to run prop more often than cyp. Most would recommend cyp (..or enanth) for a first cycle though. 250mg every 3.5 days for 10-12 weeks. If your diet, cardio, and training are in full check this will do wonders for you. The compound isn't what makes gains "lean" or "dirty".

    Been thinking about getting abit bigger for the summer. I know i said i didnt want to put on to much but think my fram can hold it well. Couple of mates in the gym keep trying to convince me to run a test cycle lol. As far as the horn goes more is always a good thing.

    Will let you know how i get on cheers for the advice

    Btw diet, training, and cardio is good.
