To start off I would like to say thank you to this board and it's members. I've been absorbing so much information lately and have really enjoyed this site specifically.
Stats
1) Age-29 (30 in 3 months)
2) Weight and Percent BodyFat- 6'0/162LBS/ 8% (which is a little above average for me)
3) Years of Consistant Training experience- Whole life, consistant 2yrs
4) Previous Cycle experience- None
5) Training routine and Diet- Pretty extensive. As far as diet I eat very clean but Tend to eat 3500-5000 cals a day not including ISO MASS gainer.
6) Cycle Goals- To keep 15 pounds of lean mass on low dosages
To get straight to the point, eating is literally wearing me down. I'm hoping this will be a more productive way for me to put on some weight. Gaining is very, very hard for me.

A few issues im having are 1. How long should I run this cycle? There is so many different theories. I was thinking one of two scenarios. First being Deca for 8 weeks and Test for 10 weeks or Deca for 10 weeks and Test for 12 weeks! My debate is I'd rather do the shortest cycle possible if I can achieve my goals.
Other concerns I have, PCT, and what exactly I should run during the cycle to avoid sides and If sides begin to show what precautions should I take and how quickly do you get on them etc, etc.

ISO MASS weight gainer 2-3 shakes a day
9 different grains and nuts that I put in my shake

160-200 grams of protein a day

Now here is the part I'm a little unsure of and no one seems to have a consistent answer.
I'm gonna have Nolvadex on hand in case of itchy nipples. But some people run it after? Should I start pct the very next day after I stop the cycle or should I wait 14-20 days and then start? When are you taking too many pct drugs? Before I start I obviously want this all sorted out. Between Hairloss, back acne, reduced testes, Liver, what else am I forgetting, oh blood pressure, there's a lot to watch. I'm sure there are a few things I'm forgetting. So all specific info is much appreciated.

I hear you, but this seemed to be the best balance for my structure and my goals. The dosages are low but I tend to be pretty sensitive to outside forces!

cycle 2 i would up my test to 500-600 and double the deca. take .5mg of arimixed ed. up your protein. take the hcg week 1-12 and do 1000ius/week. IMO
Everyone keeps telling me to up my amount of test but to be honest I'm a little worried of the sides and what effect it may have on me emotionally. Thanks for the info. Should I not take nolvadex with Deca?
Bro you wont have any emotional effects, but if you dont up your testosterone you have a good chance of deca dick, and from my friends who had deca dick they said its no fun at all, their women got mad as.
If your going to use the 200 of deca then up the testosterone to 400. for your dicks sake bro

When do you plan on starting your cycle
I was planning on this monday if I have everything sorted out, but it looks like I'm headed to Costa Rica on monday so I'll be back in 12 days and probably start then. My weight is in the original post but I weigh 160 give or take a couple pounds and would like to put on 15 pounds of lean mass after everything. I don't think it's that crazy. I could be mistaken.
Sorry for the thread jack, but when using HCG in a cycle you'd want 1000ius each week? Because my source sells 1000iu/amp at a good deal which would make a great addition to my cycle, I'm doing test e, dbol in a few months.
