do a dianabol cycle, 30mg a day for six week if u eat well n train hard ul put on alot of size if uv never taken steroids b4. heres what i suggest-
1-6 30mg dbol tablets
1-6 25mg proviron tablets
6-10 20mg nolvadex (pct)

I say this respectfully but this is a very bad cycle you will keep little to none of any gains you make. Also D-bol does aromatize and it will reduce your natural testosterone production. Without any test in the mix cortisol will rob you of your gains here even with the nolvedex. first cycle just use 500mg test ew. Its safe and you will make significant sustainable gains. Also although Proviron is a great addition to any cycle IMHO itshould NEVER be used as a replacement for a good AI. just my .02 and aint worth more than that so take it how ya want
