I started my first cycle and I am quite exited. I am running test e 500/week and equipoise 600/week. These two along with proviron 25/day all, but the equipoise I am running for 12 weeks. I already got my pct ready to go. I will will also run Hcg 500iu per week throughout. I am king of concern with the diet. My diet is pretty clean now, but even when I am in normal diet at 2000 to 2500 per day I easely can gain some bf. Now my bf is at 12%. my question will be. I burn about 1200 in my workouts. I do 45 minutes cardio daily and then my weight train at night. I am currently in 3500 calories per day. Should I add more while on gear? I don't want to gain more fat! 20 pounds of quality muscle will get me happy! It is hard to keep up with all this food. I guess the equipoise at some point will start working on my appetite. Any advice?


I would drop the cardio.
I would keep the cardio, lean mass is the deal. No cardio will leave you look 'n big and puffy. Split it up into 2X 20 minutes EOD till the end of your cycle Then ED if you wanna look hard like diamonds. Hit the second after your lift. That way you can burn fat on an empty gut in the morn'n ,eat all thru the day and do enough cardio to keep fat burn'n and muscle build'n. You just want to avoid going into a "catabolic" state. As long as you are REALLY on your diet and eat'n right you'll get excellent results.

Prince I appreciate the input! I understand where you are coming from, but I am incline to superman advice on this. I don't really care about getting huge, I am not actually looking for that type of bulk. I have a few areas that I have a hard time growing which are my chest and legs. I think this will be a great opportunity to make them come out. I have been researching for months into gears and I already had a good foundation on dieting, but now that I am on and reading here and there I feel kind of confused. I have always been very conservative on my calorie intake since I have a tendency to gain weight and now I see myself eating three times as much. I don't know if I have to eat like savage from week 1 or if I should wait until a couple of weeks to increase my calorie to 4000 per day. There are many opinions out there and several point of views. I want to look ripped and muscular. I don't want huge and bulk.

Good choice of gear for your cycle. Test & eq at those dosages should get you great results and I think it's a good idea you decided to add proviron I have been told it will help maximize the benifits of the others. One question here though is I didnt hear you saying anything about running a ai during your cycle? Dont leave that one out. You'r HCG looks good and you say you have your PCT all in order and planned out. Great plan. Supermans daddy knows his shit and if he says you can be hard and cut like a diamond you can be. On the extra calories I think as long as you do the cardio you will be fine. You will need them to feed your newly acquired muscle. The length of time (12 weeks) is good because as you know EQ takes a long while to get kickin. You may be so thrilled with your results you might want to extend your cycle a few weeks but thats your call. Keep us all posted, I for one would like to hear about this cycle because it sounds like this combo will be my next.
Thank you Roaddkingg! As usual is an honor to hear your words man! i will be doing arimidex 0.5 eod. As per PCT I will do Nolva and Clomid combo to make sure everything is in place. Of course I will keep you guys posted. Most likely I will come up with more questions. I am truly concern with the fat though, I will want to minimize it as much as possible.


I truely appreciate a person like you who has done all the resaerch and put together a cycle with the right compounds, has ai's in place, knows the proper way to use HCG, is concerned about calories, cardio, diet and a proper PCT. Since you have everything you will need for PCT research your PCT just a bit more and pick the proper dose of both clomid and your nolvadex. Some start the clomid high and taper down and some stay steady with the dose. I have read a lot about it and for me personally I dont want high doses for any length of time due to some sides I dont like or want. Something like this may work fine for you. But as I say read all you can and then judge for yourself. Clomid at say 100mgs 1st week then 50mgs for the next three weeks. Nolvadex anything over 20mgs may not be needed so 20mgs ea week for 4 weeks and then perhaps throw in a fifth week at just 10mgs. This protocol is what I'm doing presently. Some people tweak this a bit but this is pretty much the basics. There are a few supps you may want to add aswell. Lookin good my friend.
