Hello everyone, my name is Ryan ..just signed up today so i can get some opinions from experienced BBs on H-drol.
Not sure if this is the correct place to start asking questions and so on, so please do let me know if im wrong ...however, here goes.
I started a cycle of H-drol Monday of this week, taking the recommended dose at the moment. Didnt pre-load with any assist, and arent taking any assist during cycle. 25mg h-drol am. and pm. 1 Scoop of Whey protein 3 times a day inbetween meals. My main goal is to increase size, whilst cutting and losing bf at the same time.
Training consists of Chest and tris, back and bis, and legs. Cardio is about 30 mins - 1 hour a day ..either running, cycling and swimming.
Now, 5th day on, and im feeling kind of funny. Slightly light headed, chest feels as though my heart is beating iregularly, although by the pulse is fine ...it kind of feels like ive taken a load of Pro Plus tabs.
Can anyone give me an idea as to what i should do ..as in start taking cycle assist? It would be much appreciated.
You may high blood pressure bro, use some hathorn berry and also celery sead extract, I would use liver assit with any orals. Also if your one scoop of whey is only like 20g go for 1.5 scoops.
Cheers for the heads up mate. Im gona grab some of those today and start on them.
Protein is 25g per serving.
I tend to train shoulders and traps on the same day as back and bi's bro.
Was supposed to train those today, but just didnt feel up to it.
Is there anything you would suggest to take for PCT? I have CEL H-drol, so could potentially take the Anabolic Innovations Post Cycle Support Stack ... Im only planning on taking drol for a short while, 6-8 weeks possibly?
I'd just watch to see how sides go, I know alot of guys go for 6 with this, but just watch yourself see how you go.
PCT all depends on the people I know some people who would use a clomid or nolva type pct for something like this or even lighter, where as I have heard of others who have just used Novadex XT and done well. Drink plenty of water to mate, to help flush toxins. Another if your goin to get a liver support, try Liv-52 they are cheap and work well, some people also ad ALA.
