To get over the 8 week hump some attribute to myostatin increase I add an oral at weeks 8-12 or so. Does not directly address myostatin but usually the 17 alpha alkylates act at least partially through glucocorticoid modulation so the mechanism is a little different than most injectable beta esters so by adding an 17aa you are taking advantage of anti-catabolism and thus adding another mechanism to further your progress.
You can run a flat dose for 6 weeks and then add 250mg more in week 7.

Weeks 1-6 you may use any dose you like. I personally would use 500mg weekly but if you don't have enough then you will need to go lower. Around week 8 is when gains stall so you need to increase dose about week 7.
Another strategy that works well is adding the oral at week 7 instead of increasing the T dose.
Week 1-10 500mg T per week
Week 7-10 25mg D-bol daily
This should keep gains rolling. If you have extra D-bol then run it longer than the T while the ester is clearing. With Cyp I would run the D-bol 14 days longer.
