    Question D-bol legitimacy

    Age: 49 (male)
    Resistance Training: Since mid 20's while in the Marines
    Anabolic use: Never; until recently. Just finishing up an 8 week cycle of 25-30mg/day d-bol only.

    Anabolic agenda: My d-bol experience has been somewhat uneventful. Great pumps during my re-load/hi-volume workouts and water retention is somewhat noticeable. Muscles are noticeably tighter and moderately larger. No side effects have been noticed other than the water gain and maybe slight headaches, but no bitch tits or other common side effects. I've spread out my dosage evenly through the day. My 1st week I started very light and slowly ramped up to 30mg/day by week 4 just to be sure my bod could handle the gear. I made the purchase from Turkey and the packets of 10 look legit according to pictures that have been posted here and elsewhere. I eat well rounded heathy small meals all day and average about 1.0-1.5g of protein per body pound.

    Question: Could my "Ranbaxy-Terapia Naprosim 5mg" tabs be weak? Was my dosage less than optimum? Is there a specific, more reliable source for D-bol that some of you might recommend?

    Bottom-Line: I was hoping for more muscle bulk and strength! Any helpful comments please!?!?

    Dbol is "one" of the most intense & fast acting anabolics out there. Your 8wk cycle @ 30mg e/d (which is a bit long for this oral), should of produced a very noticeable amount of mass/strength. This is granted you had the right diet in place & a solid workout routine. 30mg e/d is not some crazy high amount, but based on what you said, I would question the quality.

    I always eat more protein than this. Perhaps you got less results because there were days when you had as little protein as 1g/lb?

    Good point. This actually prompts me to ask a question: How do you find the best way to take in so much protein without feeling stuffed? I'm getting about 152g/day from my whey and casein protein shakes and the rest from tuna, chicken, beef, beans, nuts, 6 eggs daily...! I don't know if I can take in more solids (I'm stuffed) but should I increase the protein shakes?

    It's called force-feeding!














    ..if you just absolutely can NOT get enough protein from foods I suppose more shakes are better than no protein at all. I have never had a problem with getting enough calories or protein. My problem is not getting too many.

    Me too. In my 20's I could eat everything in sight and still stay in great shape. Alas, those days are long gone. Rice and tuna is on my schedule for my next meal. Oh well...

    If there is a will there is a way. When I sometimes have trouble consuming enough protein in my diets/programs, in addition to good food and shakes, I use a product from IDS called, "whey liquid protein". It delivers 42 grams of protein with no carbs or fat in a 2.9 ounce serving. That's two gulps for 42 grams of protein. Take two, and you have 84 grams. 84 grams of protein in a 4 gulp drink is very useful. Stuff tastes OK.

    Still even with 1gram of protein you'd think you'd see SOME good results from 8 weeks of d-bol.

    Perhaps. But 25mg e/d simply doesn't do much of anything for some. Personally, on that dose....I would probably only notice a little increase in strength and some mild water retention. Most will not keep their "gains". IMHO.

    Yeah i've heard that, i've also read that d-bol alone isn't exactly good since its a "kick-starter"

    Where do you get those protein shooters you posted?

    You can find them on dozens of health sites. You can even find them at your local GNC. It's the only thing I purchase from that store....it's worth it buying it by the case with the GNC discount. Grape and Fruit Punch taste best to me.

    So...I will revamp my program by definitely increasing my protein intake (such as those shooters)! I forgot to mention that I also take pre and post workout doses of L-Glutamine powder at 5mg and then 5mg at bedtime. The 5 at pre-workout does give me a little stomach aching but it's gotten better. I also have a cup of 1% cottage cheese at bedtime for slow releasing protein feed.

    Hey, I really appreciate all the feedback so far!

    Next cycle I may shop around and look for other d-bol sources as well.

    no disrespect but iam a few yrs younger than you, and, on that dosage my right leg it wouldnt be enough for. you will need to go to 50mg ed and try taking in some test E or C 500mg the next time. at 49 you should be ok but take some milk thistle 1,000mg ed. you can get 90 caps of spring valley at walmart for 7 bucks. and saw palmetto also. good luck bro. imo

    I'm hearing some good stuff from everyone! Before I decided to go the d-bol only route, I had been reading and trying to learn as much as I could. Granted, there's a lot of varying content out there and like VictorZ06 mentioned, for some 25mg e/d just may not be enough. I'd read where some saw good gains with zero side effects on only 15-20mg, yet others did have to up the anty to around 50mg. I decided to start lower (error on the safe side).

    The test E recommendation sounds interesting and worth digging into!

    Because I'm not doing this for any competitive goals (just more strength and to look hotter for my wife...ok, seriously to also turn heads when I walk in a room!), I'd like to try keeping this anabolic venture as simple as possible.

    However....for my next cycle what gear and dosages might some of you recommend?

    BTW....is World-Pharmica for real? Are these products the real deal? It seems to good to be true! I need to be reordering some gear for my next "re-load" cycle! Thanks all.

    Hey man,

    How old are you for a start? you might be able to get legal gear if your testosterone is low.

    I'll bet you a bottle of testosterone that the boys here say 500mg of testosterone a week and if you like a Dbol kicker lol.

    World-pharma is real yes, some guys on here love them, and others loves naps and uncleZ, in the end its upto you what one to go for, they all have good points.

    I guess what I meant on the "Too Good To Be True" comment was that for my 1st gear cycle I looked pretty long and hard at many sources but they had either received negative feedback from former customers or after reading the fine print they were not true anabolics. Due to my work and family, I don't really have an inner circle of gym bros and resources like I did in the military. I had pretty much anything at my disposal then but chose against it at that time (over 20 years ago)!

    Well man the places on here are legit a fair few of the guys here order through them, what one to go with is upto you though champ, best bet is to look at all their sites read everything!!!! on them and then pick what one you like
