I'm 31 years of age been weightlifting since i was 16years of age. I'm currently 230 lbs with 20pct fat and work out every other day with 3 days of cardio for an hour. i want to do a cycle but nothing crazy....
more to get cut-up a bit and lean out more. i was thinking of trying stanzolo (winnie) 30mg-50mg for 5-6weeks nothing else. i don't want to gain much mass or get any bigger then what i am.
any advice?

For the amount of time you have been lifting, you should have a lower BF%. You might need to make some adjustments with your training and diet.
Winny alone is not the best of ideas. I suggest lowering your BF% naturally FIRST, than hit a nice 12 week cycle of 500mg test enanthate e/w. Be sure to run an AI along with some HCG during your cycle, and you should be right where you want to be. If you want more mass, simply add more clean cals and protein to your diet. Clomid is all you will need for PCT. IMHO. Good luck.
