Just need some input if you guys think this person is using steroids or not......He is a younger guy and I am sure genes do play a role but still just asking a professional opinion

Don't bash the OP or the pic. From a straight critique stand point, he looks to be in good shape and very easily attainable natural. I highly doubt he is juicing.

with hard work you can gain a good amount of mass, if you going to do gear then as everyone says testosterone for your first go, but make sure it is from a good source not some filthy prick.

hes young, so, my guess is hes not on. you dont need juice yet, train for 2 yrs then see where you go from there. dont compare yourself to nobody do the best you can for you dont lift for everyone else. good luck in whatever you decide. imo
