    Please help! IM NEW

    Hi im new on this thing of taking Anabolic stuff.

    I'm wondering what cycle or what pills i should take to get the result i want.

    I want to get ripped fast, loose body fat and get muscle growth, not a lot, just a little bit, i want that athletic body.

    Im 25 yrs old, 5"10 185 pounds, i work out 4 times a week and only drinking proteins after each work out. what u recomend me to burn fat faster?

    Figure out your total maintenance calories and then subtract 500 and start from there. Use FitDay to determine your macro breakdown and get started. Remember, take in less than you use over the course of the day and you will burn fat and loose weight. Could add a couple of mornings of HIIT before breakfast if your schedule allows.
