Past cycle experience?

hi there everyone, thanks for checking this out. i am currently just starting back training after a brief 4month stop with a small amount of training in that time, i work as a builder so in good shape at 6'3 13stone since stoping training i have lost around 10lbs due to a few bad happenings in my personal life as well as the loss of bulk that i had previously gained. what i am looking to do is to start back training with a naturally good diet anyway but to look to add a cycle in there when the time is right after my muscle memory has kicked in as i am fairly light for my height i feel as if i could gain a few stone without looking out of place. if u experienced guys could help me out with a cycle that can aid that id much appreciate it, and thanks for taking time in reading this im sure u get this alot.

I just saw that you had posted this over at the introduction section and also here. If you could please help me out a bit with some needed information about yourself. For starters I have no idea what a stone is in weight. Please tell me if you have any experience with compounds, age, I know your height and you said you would like to be stronger and put on some size along with a bit of weight. While you are learning about compounds you may also do yourself a favor and look at the training section, diet& supplements section as they have a wealth of information for you. For a first cycle it would be best to keep it real simple and it would only take me a few minutes to outline a basic cycle for you. But before I do get back to me with some basic info that I asked for so I am sure to understand exactly what it is you want to accomplish.

13 stone = 182 lbs.

yeah im only about 182 always found it hard to add weight, is that not a good weight to start a cycle ? would u reccomend adding some natural weight first? ive never had a cycle before my friends use dbol with some good results but he has no idea about what hes actually taking or doing reallly so ive come on here to pick you guys brains so if i ask some dumb questions bare with me!! my nutrition is resonable good i eat porridge oats most mornings protein shake when training mid morning i have a pasta box to eat at work that i also eat at dinner time with fruite orange juice nuts, small meal when i get home something like meatballs scrambled egg also protein shake then id train an hour or so later then have a meal with chicken maybe brown rice or pasta dish , eat alot of natural yogurt cottage cheese. also took creatine when i was training to some good effects. i think my diet could be improved slightly but i feeel its adequate but i would really like a first cycle ? what dianbol be the right choice?? thanks
Pretty much bro what you wanna get in 1.5 - 2g of protein per lb of body weight and get in a good amount of cals.
for example:
Breakfast: oatmeal or whole wheat toas with 5 egg whites
Snack: protein shake (or can of tuna
Lunch: chicken breast, rice and greens.
And so on, you want to eat every 2 to 3 hours, being a builder I know you dont get much time to sit and eat so you can use a shake for a couple, but eat as well as you can and as cleanas you can, good calories not shitty ones from high gi carbs or sugar.
Do a good training program, I am a big fan of H.I.T and GVT training. But each to their own.
Stick to something good and you'll put weight on, like Tyler said at your heaight and weight your not ready yet, you'll make good gains fast just with good nutrition, workout and some decent supps.
After you have gained a good amount after a while then you'll be ready.

thanks alot for that big help, not that im gonna start now but what would u reccomend starting dbol/test e cycle just so i can advise ppl that are using them at the minute as they really have no idea. also what weight would u find suitable to start
I would get your weight around 200lbs before starting. You need to do a ton of research on AIs & PCT before even thinking about AAS. After all is said and done post up your goals, diet, routine, intended amount of use, and then we can help you critique everything. No need to rush into to it half cocked, just because there are some around you using. At the end of the day, you will get better results than those who don't know what their doing.

the normal rule of thumb is 500mg of testosterone a week, some people do add dbol at 25 - 50mg a day for 4 weeks.
But like the above poster said, you need to do alot of looking and learing about a whole cycle and what comes after it. Make sure your diet is good and your lifting is good. Get to the 200 plus weight range at a body fat no higher than 14 (alot of people use this as a general rule of thumb that I speak to).
Then go for it.
and always!!!!!!!!!! make sure you knwo your gear is sterile and from a good place.
