Have you tried taking a little time off, say 6-8d? Sometimes the body just needs a break & time to recover?

    Have you used any winstrol?

I used it this last cycle and I had a few joint issues. It was in my left knee, right elbow and left shoulder. I take omega 3 fish oil caps twice per day and that seemed to help. Tell us about your cycle and what compounds you are taking. Wrapping is good. I always do myself when ever I go over 225lbs. One young kid at the gym one day asked me if I had knee problems because he thought it was weird that I wrapped. My answer was no I dont and dont want to have thats why I wrap. But then again I am older than most guys on this board.

I know you don’t want to hear it but having a little time off from working-out your legs might be what you need, or maybe try adjusting you feet to different positions and trying different positions on how far your feet are apart, don’t forget though that adjusting your feet will hit different parts of the quads. Make sure you are taking cod-liver oil and evening primrose.
