Yes, I know this is VERY individual but at what point would you guys say " Damn you're using xxxx and your not taking an estrogen suppresor"? I've been told I shouldn't use things like arimidex as I have low good cholesterol to begin with.
If you have a poor lipid profile perhaps you should wait to cycle?
There are things you can do to improve it.
Tyler, I'm all ears. I would welcome any advice at all. My lipid profile isn't that bad it's just that my good cholesterol is a little low and why put it into a bad place if I don't have to?

A lot of it has to do with diet. Lots of things you can do to help raise your "good" cholesterol.
Aerobic exercises, no trans fat, don't smoke, eat more mono-unsaturated fats, eat more soluble fiber.
I've ran up to 750mg of test/week without no anti-e's and no problems. I have a bud who just looks at test and his nipples hurt. It comes down to genetics and how your body handles it. Always good to have some on hand though.

You're lucky. I'm pretty sensitive to estro problems
So, is that when you guys know when to do the nolva? The first sign of gyno is nipple pain? If so, how long does the nolva take to knock it down and how much do you guys use when you do take it?

Itchy nips is usually the first sign of estrogen related sides.
If my nips are painful I will incorporate Nolva @ 40-60mg/ED until the pain starts going away. Then I lower it to 20mg/ED until it is all cleared up.
If you start feeling lumps though, it'll probably call for some Letro..
