hey bro,
you need to get the diet in check and the cardio, use that along with a supp if you like for fat burning, give that a while and drop the body fat % lower then once it is low enough in a decent range then if you still want to you do a cycle.
Even with gear if diet etc is not right it wont be a magic thing and make you ripped and get lean muscle.
Just do the diet and then see how your body fat % is.
