    Need advice

    I started lifting about 4 years ago. I started out with basic supplements like No-Black Powder and whey. Last year i stacked Cell-tech with Jack3d and I started having problems such as ejaculating while peeing about once or twice a day. I stopped taking Jack3d for a few months and ran a cycle of oral Prohormones. I didn't research, didn't know what I was doing. I don't even know the name of oral prohormones I took; I think it was something like Monster by elite nutrition. And the ejaculating problem stopped. I had no diet check or anything with prohormone so I obviously gained nothing off of them. I did use a PCT after the 4-week prohormone cycle and I don't know the name of that either. now I'm taking USP labs Oxysport and the problem came back. Do you guys think it's my prostate or something else? Also, I have researched alot and now i'm thinking of running a 1-AD and 4-AD cycle, but I can't find any good transdermal. Do you think I should try it? It's only been 9 weeks since my last prohormone cycle.

    ALso,
    I workout 5 days a week. I train as hard as possible. I'm at 152 pounds, 5'10. About 13% body fat.

    Cant help ya on the pro-hormones bro since I have never done them. But that ejaculate thing is strange and has happened to me before over the years. I never really paid that much attention to it and just figured it was because I hadnt been layed enough and just had a build up. There are some really smart bro's in here and perhaps one will chime in and help us both figure out if it is caused by pressure of the prostrate. I'm curious aswell. As for some of those pro-hormones you can still get all the side effects as with the real deal and you have to run a proper PCT anyway so why not just do test-E or cyp? If you need help with ai's or serms a lot of us would be able to help but all the information you seek is in the sticky's plus we have the search feature which will help you dig up a wealth of other good info.

    How old are you? Please post your diet and your workout routine. "I train as hard as possible" is not what the guys on the board are looking for.

    Ooops!

    Should have seen the last post. 152lbs is to light my friend. Now I suggest checking out the diet and training forums. Bring that weight up with your increased calories and protein. Work compound exercises with lower reps and you may want to cut down the amount of your days spent in the gym. Just some food for thought. Just check it out and see what you think. Also go to fitday.com and type in all your food, supps, etc and you can get a very good idea over a period of a week or so where you need to raise or lower. Lots of pasta, sweet potatoes, rice, steaks, fish, beef, veggies, fruits every day, supps, possible weight gainer(lowest sugar as possible) 2 protein drink per day, etc.

    Now let me get this right, you were blowing your load while taking a piss??? That is the first time I have ever heard about something like that.

    Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
    Chest:
    DB Bench- SS DB flys
    Incline DB press- SS Incline DB flys
    Decline DB press- SS Decline DB flys
    Close grip Bench- SS Pec-dec flys
    Shoulders:
    Seated DB press- SS Bent lateral raises
    Seated Front press- SS BB front raise
    Arnold press- SS Bent Lateral raises
    Shoulder width Upright raises- SS Pec-dec reverse fly
    Triceps:
    Skull crusher- with EZ bar
    Decline Skull crusher- with EZ bar
    Kick backs
    Triceps extension with DB and neutral grip


    Tuesday, Thursday:
    biceps:
    Incline Seated DB curl- with palm up -SS Hammer Curl
    Reverse Curls - SS Static Curl
    Wrist Curl - SS Forearm roller


    Back:
    One-arm rows
    Seated rows
    Deadlift
    Chin-ups


    Legs:
    Squats
    Leg press
    Calf- raises- SS Leg curls


    SS means superset.
    My reps are usually; 10,8,8 on every excersice
    I takes me about 2.5 hours to get through.




    My diet consists of a lot of subway, salads, and fruits. i am a vegetarian; I eat atleast 5-6 meals a day. I eat 2 peanut butter sandwich everyday.

    Subway is overrated. Loads of sodium. Most sandwiches are higher in calorie than you may think with the cheese and condiment choices.

    Salads are good, but the dressing is killer. Globbing ranch on a salad kind of defeats the purpose.

    Also, sorry to say it man, but you need protein. How are you getting your protein if you are a vegetarian? Soy..? I vote to just eat some meat!!

    Dang....thats going to make it tough but not impossible. The only guy I know thats extremely strong, muscular and cut is super mans daddy. But my friend has had most of his life dedicated to nutrition and training. He has some serious personal issues to deal with at this time but hopefully before long he will be able to chime in on how you could get all the protein you need without meat. Cant you eat fish and chicken? I would be lost without meat. Shit I'm gobbling steak, chicken, fish every day. You can eat lots of eggs cant you? There ya go, they are real high in protein. Like I had mentioned go over to the diet and supplements section and see what you can learn there.

    By reading your workout it seems you know your exercises really well and your way around the gym. If you dont mind me critiqueing though 2.5 hours most likely for you at this time natural is TOO much. Check all the routines and see if you can put something together that perhaps three to four times per week with a bit more intensity may get you better results. Believe it or not sometimes less is more if done correctly. There are several ways you can go about this. You could do upper and then lower next. You could split it up with push pull. You could group the parts ie. legs, back and bi's one day. Rest then shoulders, chest and tri's, rest one day and repeat. No...BTB what the op meant about the ejaculate is like your just standing there like normal taking a leak and it just kinda comes out. First time it happened to me I kinda freaked I thought something might be seriously wrong.It's only happened like 8 times in my life but I just figured I needed more sex.

    I'm thinking about drinking egg yolk and stuff every morning since every egg has 8grms of protein. Plus i take true mass. I don't eat fish and chicken. I try to eat alot but still need direction to eat the right things.

    I'm trying to cut my workout up and raising the weight with less reps so I can get mass on me. I will also get my diet in check with more good protein and carbs. I'm still thinking about running another cycle of prohormones. I'm thinking about 1-ad utt, 4-ad utt stacked with creatine and ofcourse a preworkout. The ejaculating does happen when I'm just peeing at a urinal. And it happens an hour after i take jack3d or oxysport. Pretty much anything from USP labs. But i don't wanna quit taking their products since they work pretty good LOL. thanks for helping me. Let me know if you have any advice on pro's too.
