    ohhhh ok....I did not know thread hijacking was a no no! sorry about that AXrip!!!! anyway, I've always heard that cycles at 19 is a little early, buuuut if you really have been trying to gain mass by proper diet and exercise and nothing...then maybe it would do you good.

    19 is to young but when your dead set against it dont take heavy dosages your first cycle 250mg test e 2xs a week is enough plus pct clomid ,hcg, dont use nolvadex unless u need for estrogen sides. tribulus 250mg- 500mg ed. clomid would be 50mg for 14 days and hcg 500ius 2xs wk for 2 wks. but i advise you wait till 25 or so. but i no u wont listen. imho

    If someone isn't smart enough to take our advice and NOT cycle at 19 shouldn't we let them learn the hard way? Rather than walking them through it.. They don't want to listen, let them figure it all out.

    lol well i know it messes up your growth plates and your hormones get outa whack but that doesnt sound thatt bad..
    i heard it ages your like internal organs quickly is that b/s or is it true

    It can also jack up your HPTA and endrocrine system for life.

    what kinda recovery roads are there from those or are there even any that you've heard of

    I was 135lbs and 6" 1' when I graduated from highschool. I was a cross country runner so I was a hard gainer for sure. I started lifting at 18 and by 20 I weighed 150lbs. I started eating and taking protien 6 times a day like everyone told me to do and I was taking a whole bunch of supplements (creatine, HMB, Glutamine) but my gains were unnoticable. I decided to started eating or taking a protien shake every 2 hours which equated to 8 times a day and that is when I stared noticing gains. I was carrying around a back pack with pre-made peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and protein shakes. I am 31 now and I sit at about 190lbs when I am on a consistent workout and dieting schedule.

    I guess what I am saying is that I agree with school of thought that says your are a little young to start trying gear. You have to try everything else and gain as much naturally as you can before you try gear. I gained 40lbs naturally before I tried AAS. Dedicate yourself to your workout and proper amount of protien intake and you will gain naturally.

    seriously!!! Dont make a mistake an use aas at 19!! I dont know what to say man, your not ready, not at that weight. If your the same weight when you turn 21 then shoot up, and stop running=burning calories. Lift HEAVY

    It actually plays no part in the premature closing of growth plates, but as far as hormones, if your not fully developed, you could be in some serious long term hurt. HRT

    Actually, AAS can halt growth prematurely in adolescent. Once the growth plates are closed, they can't "re-open", so yeah. Just wait.

    Try this 8 week cycle..1 bottle. Supertest 250mg x 10 cc,,,,,,1 bottle deca-durabolin 200 mg x 10 cc. And 2 bottles dianabol 100 x 10 mg. On week 1 monday morning take 1/2 cc supertest250, on wednesday morning take 1/2 cc deca.200(week 2) mdy 1 cc stest250. Wed. 1 cc deca 200 (week3) mday 1 1/2CC stest 250, on wed. 1 1/2CC deca 200.(week 4) MDAY 2cc stest 250. Wed 2cc deca 200, (week5) mday 2.cc. Stest 250, wed. 2.cc. Deca.200. (week6) 1 1/2cc.     I can't believe some of the advice this kid is getting.

    To the OP you are no where near ready to do a cycle.

    For starters your diet is crap.

    You seriously need to look into the following cycel.

    SQUAT DEAD BENCH ROW OVERHEAD PRESS
    EAT
    SLEEP

    You are no where near your genetic limits. Train hard and google John Beraldi Massive Eating.

    As someone else said if 4000 cals ain't enough

    Eat 6000

    7000

    etc

    It's your diet mate.

    alright I'm back lost my job for a while there kinda gave up on the idea
    anyways I'm back with new questions

    if I could get your guys help that would be greatly appreciated

    1) as I've said a couple times in this thread I will be doing this to see results In sports, mainly hockey. I'm wondering will doing this cycle increase my ability to play?

    2) if you get an infection from the pinning do you have to pretty much give up on the cycle right there? or will it just go away.
