    Thumbs up Possible Gyno

Fellows....First side effect I believe....I don't if I am paranoic, but my nipples feel weird! They are kind of puffy, but to be honest with you, I have been looking into gyno symptoms and I don't think I have anything so advanced yet. I have been touching them today quite a bit, perhaps they are sensitive from that. I have been taking arimidex 0.5 eod since my second week. In the event this gets to where we fear the most, should I start taking nolva? Would it hurt if I take it now to avoid future complications? Also if you run Nolva, do you still keep running the Arimidex?

As usual guys! thanks in advance! I am so happy you guys exist!

If you nips are itchy/painful then I would go ahead and integrate the Nolva in.

Add some Nolva and up your AI. Works for me.

If it doesn't and you develop lumps, better have some letro on hand quick.

    Thumbs up

add some nolva 20mg ed then if nothing go to 40mg that will do the trick but like tyler said keep some letro on hand but dont overkill on this it takes time for your tits to shrink. now that you r gyno prone always use only nolva 40mg ed when u cycle. imho

Thank you both! I appreciate your thoughts on this! Let's see tomorrow how they are. I have touched them so many time today that it might just be nothing. I noticed the puffiness yesterday when I came out to take a shower after a few hours in the pool. Today I have feel them all day long. Like something bothers me in them, but I touch them and I don't feel crap, they are not itchy or sensitive to touch. It might just that the are growing and they hurt! I have always had problems with my chest not developing as much as my arms and shoulders, I am hitting them hard now, so it might be something related to the muscle sorness. Thanks again!

I don't think he needs to use 40mg Nolva/ED in future cycles to keep gyno away. 10-20mg/ED would probably suffice.

However, simply upping the dosage/frequency of an AI, or using a stronger one (aromasin > arimidex) might be enough too.

    Yuyi

You have got some good responces here my friend. Very similiar to what I wrote you. If your arimadex is real .5 EOD should be sufficient. I agree with tyler completly in the fact that you have two choices you could up the arimadex to .5ED for a while and see if that clears it up OR you could incorporate nolvadex(tamoxifin citrate) along side at 10-20 mgs per day until symptoms dissappear. Nolva does work real well for the nipples though as it is designed specifically for that. Dont be squeezing them all the time and keep a eye on it. Let us know.

    Thank you Roaddkingg....

Today they are better! I don't feel anything at all, pecs are just larger and nipples seem a little puffy, but nothing major. I will start taking 0.5 of Arimidex everyday and see what happens!

    Thanks again!

Thank you all for your responses! everything seems normal this morning! They still don't hurt, just the puffiness which is not big either. I will upload my AI intake (Arimidex) to 0.5 everyday and take Nolva for a few days and see how it goes.

Thanks fellows! I will keep you all posted!

    Possible Gyno

Guys. This seems to be real. I can see it a little better now because it is mostly on my left nipple. The left side seems more swollen that the right side. I increased my ai (arimidex) to .05 Ed and nolva 20mg Ed. Should this be sufficient? How long before this stops bothering me? The wierd thing is that it is no itchy and it doesn't hurt, but it bothers and it feels large.

It feels large like there is a lump? If this is the case, you better get some Letro quick!

No tyler I don't feel anything behind it, but I'd like to be ready for it. Where can I get letro? I saw a liquid letro from one of the sponsors. Is this any good?

Sensitive nipples are normal in a test cycle, but if a lump develops thats when you should be worried.

I use the pill form of Letro, but the liquid stuff from the sponsor is just as good.

Sounds like you are OK unless a lump develops.

I got some liquid letro from the board sponsor, so I can get it quick. Is there anyone who has used it before and knows about dosages?

Since you don't have any lumps 1.25mg EOD would probably be fine. If it doesn't subside the gyno symptoms, perhaps bump it to 2.5mg EOD.

If you develop lumps try 2.5mg ED.
