    Question what can i do for growth gut?

    ive never taken growth hormone because i think its a waste of money. but my question is guys what can bring down the bloat in my stomach, i mean you can see abs and obliques but it very bloated like iam pregnant. anyone that has at leats 4 yrs training respond please. do i need letro or arimidex iam at a loss. thnx guys.

    many thnx to anybody can give me a solution. very upsetting. if u need stats and diet i have a npc winner made out my diet. if u need demensions ill give all muscle size.

    look into acv ( apple cider vinegar) i take a shot glass in the morning and 1hr before bed it will def. help drop fat but make sure you have a chaser (apple juice, orange juice grape juice) see what works for you its not pleasent but works great. you can get it at a health food store.
