    Question anybody got a offseason diet, i have one but you guys r good at bulk dieting. juggern

    can somebody give me another diet i have one but i want a couple opinions. juggernut chime in u have great advice its a 6-7 meal diet u could lay out for me. iam 267 now but i want a quality meal plan for bulking up for 9 months till me show next yr. ill eat the same thing everyday. anybody welcome especially if u know dieting which is my weak point. thnx fellows...imo

    Sure I can help. What does your bodyfat read right now? 267 is pretty damn big to begin with. What's your training experience like? Your current workout plan? Your current macros? I'd suggest running a full week on FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal or All Things Food and Diet - FatSecret and see what a week averages too, then we can assemble a program.
