No, you do not need injectible steroids. You do not need prohormones. You have lots of room to gain naturally first.

Hi guys,

Legs:
Squats
Leg press
Calf- raises- SS Leg curls
SS means superset.
My reps are usually; 10,8,8 on every excersice
I takes me about 2.5 hours to get through.
When I start a cycle of prohormones or anything such, I will adjust my workout to doing less reps and more weight.
I am about 155 pounds.
I am vegetarian but I eat atleast 2500-3000 calories. I will be upping my calorie intake to 4000. It'll be at least 2grm protein for every pound of my body. I will be drinking casein when I wake up and before I go to bed at night.
I just finished a cycle of oxysport to cut some weight.
Now my question is that should I do a cycle of pro hormones or take the steroids route. I want to gain atleast 15-25 pounds of muscle.
If I do prohormones again, I want to do transdermal. Can anyone recommend a product? Any underground sources?
And also, does anyone on here think i should do injectable steroids, for example, Test and deca cycle.
I honestly am not sure if I'm big or old enough and experienced with prohormones enough to take steroids.
Any suggestions are welcome but please don't criticize me being a vegetarian or urge me to eat chicken and fish.
thank you very much.

No pressure here to eat meat - I'm familiar with vegetarian bodybuilding.
You eat eggs, yes? This makes things a LOT easier. Also, I highly recommend creatine for vegetarians; if you're not already supplementing with it, start getting in a teaspoon a day.
Are you gaining weight now? Your workouts are not horrid, but they ARE too long.

No need to go to raw eggs - the egg white can interfere with biotin absorption if you do that. Eat 'em cooked.
Creatine - the best is still the cheapest: plain monohydrate.
If you're not gaining right now, you know the drill: eat more. I highly recommend olive oil.
