Past mistakes lead to blood work :(

I would just like to start off by saying that this is my second post. I hope I'm posting in the right place. There's quite a bit to read but I would like to explain my situation. I have even pm'd a few people that seem knowledgeable about this subject, but I would just like to know what the public thinks. Long story short: Never did any proper pct after multiple times of AAS and now I'm suffering. So I'm going to get blood work: what should I get checked? I was suggested/thinking: lh, fsh, total T, free T, estradiol, t3, t4, and sodium.

So here's the scoop. I've been training/lifting since my late teens and now I'm almost 27. For the first few years that I spent in the gym I stayed natural and made slow but progressive gains. I went from 168lbs to 185lbs with around 11% body fat until the age of 21. By then I had decided to take some aas and see what would happen. Unfortunately I had little to no knowledge about cycles, proper dosages, or what to do when coming off (sadly there are plenty of young people doing what I did before I had proper knowledge). I would just take whatever was "recommended" for extended periods of time, taking anything from different types of test to clen to dbol. Each time I would stay "on" for about two and a half months. I had no knowledge of AI's or pct, and thus I would crash hard after I had finished each time. It would take me a couple weeks to get back to normal, but each time I was bigger and stronger then the last. I was told that the "crash" was expected... Obviously those that were telling me that knew as little as I did. I didn't even do blood work.

Months before I reached the age of 24 I was 238lbs and still holding 11% body fat while being "off" of anything. Every time (three times to be exact) that I tried anything from the age of 24 on up I would gain a tremendous amount of weight but it would literally be all water. I would barely gain any strength and my blood pressure was through the roof. I began to get softer and lose definition after each time. I also began to have a loss of energy and even developed a small case of gyno. The thing that worries me the most is my sex drive comes and goes like night and day. I now regularly stock cialis and levitra. It's seems as though my "boys" have never regained full size.

I decided to stop taking anything all together and stay natural. It's been two years or so since I've taken anything and have actually lost a decent amount of weight, I'm down to 220lbs, but to make things worse I'm around 18% body fat and my strength is way down (about 100lbs less in bench and dead lift). I know that I wouldn't have any of these problems if I had better information and knowledge on what to do (serms, pct, ai's, dosages, etc).

So it's off to a lab for me to get blood work done. As I mentioned before I will be checking: lh, fsh, total T, free T, estradiol, t3, t4, and sodium. Is there anything that I'm missing?

I was told that HCG, Aromasin, Clomid, and/or Nolva would help me out. None the less I wont be taking anything until all tests have been taken. Also isn't HCG only for during the cycle and shortly after? Wouldn't it be useless this far down the road?

Add prolactin, A cmp(comprehensive metabolic panel) and lipids(Cholesterol's, triglyceride) , also ad TSH.

HCG can be used during cycle at low doses, and then during your last week of cycle at 1000iu pe day for five day to prime the testes. Also run the aromasin 3-4 weeks past finishing PCT. Estogen is 200x more inhibiting of test production than test is. Stick with clomid, hcg, and aromasin for PCT.
