It may relieve the pain. I would also use fish oil and glucosamine.
i have inflamation in both my knees which just will not go away. i have had it for two years and i cant train legs or do much cardio. i was just wonering if deca would be any good too take for helping the joints? ive had an mri scan an nothing showed up but the doc says its just inflamation.


It can also enhance any physiotherapy you do while on - but PLEASE don't just take it to squat your car again, okay? It enhances remodelling and it's been clinically shown to improve patellofemoral pain - but don't skimp on the physio. I also second HI's suggestion of fish oil - I take 10g daily.
