I'm getting ready to being my first cycle. I've been thinking about what I want to do the rest of the year. I want to start now and want to look good and lean through next spring and summer? I'm try just curious how others do it. What does your yearly plan look like?
i think you'll find that most guys around these ways actually measure time in terms of cycles and not the usual gregorian calendar
Really? I figured people would make sure they used bulking cycles in the fall/winter and cutting for summer/spring.
Either way, I would still like to know how many cycles in a given year people run and how long they last. I've been lurking on forums for over a month and I've got the short term plan figured out with my first cycle, but I want to consider what to do over the long run too.
I would suggest you read Heavy Irons sticky on first cycle and pct. That will give you all the info on what, when, and for how long. The # of cycles folks run in a yr is a matter of preferance and goals.Ther is no pat answer for that.
Like I said, I've been reading stickies and posts about how to cycle for over a month. I just wanted to know what experienced people do on a yearly basis. I like to look at the big picture. I'm not looking for someone to tell me what to do......I just want to know what others do! I'm not going to plan for myself until after my cycle and pct.
Yeah, it says 21 days, but don't contact them until 30. I was hoping for sooner as many seem to get it in about 14 days. It took a couple of days for them to pick up funds and a couple more to ship. No big deal, but I'm ready for it to get here!

From what I have read and info I have received from others, I believe you should take the amount of time you ran your cycle + PCT off before starting your next cycle. So if your cycle runs 16 weeks including PCT, you would plan to start your next cycle 16 weeks after you complete you PCT.
