Perrysburg man charged with possessing steroids worth more than $1 million by Greg A. Kreuz
A Perrysburg man is being held in the Wood County jail after police seized large amounts of suspected anabolic steroid drugs and cash at his Coe Court home, authorities said Thursday. Greg A. Kreuz, 39, of 1903 Coe, was arrested Wednesday and charged with two counts of possession of drugs and one count of manufacturing drugs, according to Perrysburg Deputy Police Chief Mike Gilmore, who said additional charges are pending.
The street value of the suspected steroids is estimated in excess of $1 million.
The raid was the culmination of a months-long investigation by Perrysburg police with the assistance of the Drug Enforcement Administration.
The Wood County Sheriff's Office and police from Perrysburg and Lake Townships assisted in the raid.

In a highly publicized news conference, the CDC unveiled a JAMA report concluding that obesity and overweight kills 400,000 Americans per year and is poised to become the nation's top preventable cause of death, a spot now held by smoking.4
it's legal to risk your life to have a facelift, lipo or enhance your breasts.
people do extreme body modification and tests of pain endurance
birth control pills are mainly steroids and the health issues and related deaths are an acceptable risk... so people can fuck.
estrogen replacement doesn't even raise and eyebrow...
someone should start a legal defense fund for this guy and the argument should focus on defining freedom and questioning the government's intervention or lack thereof when persons decide to perform in activities where there is a known risk factor. what motivates interference in some instances and allows numerous deaths in others...

an interesting read on the subject Can Steroids Cause Death? Real-Life Understanding about Steroid Effects
"Steroids can kill, of course they can, but it takes a lot of abuse to do real harm. And as I've said before, steroids like nicotine are a long-term, slow killer. Just as a person may smoke three packs of cigarettes a day for 30 years before they get lung cancer, some bodybuilders can take huge amounts of steroids before it catches up with them. In this sense steroids are relatively safe, especially if you compare them to diuretics, speed, street narcotics and other drugs which can kill in hours. If you took a whole bottle of D-bol you probably wouldn't get much more than a slightly upset stomach. If you took a whole bottle of aspirin, potassium or sleeping pills, you'd most likely die from an overdose.
Just look at the facts. According to the US government, approximately 500,000 people a year die from nicotine-and alcohol-related diseases. Not more than a small handful (probably less than a dozen) die directly from anabolic steroids. Those who have died from steroids had really abused the stuff for a longtime. In Dr. Wright's book on steroids he mentioned a case where a fellow took ten Anadrol 50 a day for ten years before he got liver cancer and died. That's like someone drinking a couple of bottles of whiskey a day for ten years. You're surprised they didn't die sooner."

it doesn't make any sense. i feel really sorry for this guy he is fucked and it's not fair. we originally got a police force in my town because many years ago a really violent fight went on for days between locals and canadians vying for jobs. they were called peace officers. if the law focused more on it's original purpose maybe we'd have safer communities and actual personal freedom.
btw we also kept losing sheriffs because they adamantly refused to enforce prohibition.

Once again, right on the mark. The only substances that, rationally, warrant government control are those that consistently and demonstrably catalyze behavior that presents a danger to public order and safety. Crack, alcohol -- the obvious examples. The right to improve, develop, strengthen -- or abuse -- one's own body is one of those inalienable rights that, sadly, is increasingly alien to a government that seeks to impose its own standards of morality and behavior on private citizens who, in fact, are supposed to be masters of this fucking government -- a mindless, power hungry bureaucracy so out of control that it has become cancerous.
People say the same thing about me. Some people just have that crazy psychopathic criminal look.
I look angry all of the time (according to many), and if I am not talkative its even worse - so I get "wow, I always thought you were an asshole!" or "if someone would have told me I'd be hanging out with you 6 months from now, I'd have told them no way" - so I feel ya.

Greg A Kreuz, 39, of Ohio, was recently busted by the DEA working alongside the Perrysburg Police, on charges of manufacturing anabolic steroids with the intent to distribute. They estimated his operation to be worth a million dollars, which means (in reality) that he was probably doing business on the level of around $250k, making him a moderate/large sized underground lab. I’m not certain what UG we’re talking about here, but this is certainly a big bust, so I’m sure we’ll find out who it is pretty quickly.
The investigation reportedly took several months, and they’ll be getting around to examining his computer shortly. Bad news if you’ve been getting your steroids from a supplier in Ohio….
You missed the most obvious one: high school & college football. Over 325 people have died play a game.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
to improve their lives.

Yep. How many times a day to you get asked "what's the matter?" or "are you ok?"
I heard a bill kicks joke a quite a few years ago that sums it up for me.
Hi everyone. I'm actually Greg's girlfriend (honestly). I was thinking about trying to raise money for his bail. Would anyone know how to go about this and/or have any other ideas? I thought I would try to get this idea out to the body building world (as I don't even work out).

When the government is controlled and afraid of its people its called a Bureaucracy!
